"Completely misquoted estimate on auto. For some unknown reason they made incorrect assumptions coming back with a price that was significantly higher from original quote. Have no idea why adding a driver, that i originally told them about and not a car, increased the insurance premium from the estimate on two other cars that the added driver doesn't drive. My wife and my credit scores are in mid 700's so that couldn't have been the issue for the increase cost for our vehicles This did not happen when receiving quotes from Progressive or Allstate. Agents only response was that "companies look at things differently"."
