"I have been searching all over the area and calling for quotes on my new home. The process was painful and I continued to feel neglected from every provider and representative I spoke to, until I stumbled across these guys. It's not often you run into authentic and genuine service and I am delighted I came across these good people. The representative I spoke to was Jordan. A charasmatic and friendly voice over the phone that immediately made me feel appreciated. He was patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns that I had, provided a very smooth overview and explanation of the homeowners policy they provided, and was genuine and sincere in his delivery. Those kinds of voices over the phone are a hard thing to come by these days, especially in the monotone world we live in. My options are still open at the moment, but this was the most friendly and effective service I have recieved through my lengthy search, and I can say without a doubt, the service I was provided speaks volume to the people that work there, and they have most certainly earned my trust moving forward."
